Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Plannista, including the marketing site at plannista.ai and the hosted application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Plannista is software for building hospital and operations rosters that respect wanted work and rest dates. Features, plans, and limits are described on the pricing page and may change as we ship updates.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organization's workspace. Notify us promptly at hi@plannista.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Customer data and responsibility
The customer owns the workforce and roster data it submits. The customer is responsible for having a legal basis to upload staff data and for the accuracy of preferences, contracts, and coverage rules. Plannista does not replace clinical judgment or local labor-law advice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, probe it without permission, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to build a competing product. Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not allowed to process.
Trials and fees
A trial, if offered, is for evaluation only and may be limited in time or seats. Paid plans are billed as stated at checkout or in an order form. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension after notice.
Availability and support
We aim for a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime. Support is provided via the channels we publish for your plan.
Intellectual property
Plannista, the mark, and the software remain our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during the subscription. You grant us a license to host and process customer data solely to provide the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plannista is not liable for lost profits, roster errors that the customer did not review, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if it is not cured after notice. You may stop using the service at the end of a billing period. Upon termination we will disable access and handle customer data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or employment rule says otherwise.
